Poetry for our times

Tom Burgess the author of 'Paint yourself', published by Arkbound, has released an online poetry collection titled 'Tangled, yet Coiled'. It is a collection of 16 poems exploring a personal and evolving response to rapid climate change and ecological breakdown. The broader themes within the collection are that of uncertainty, dissonance, lunges at hope and a search for connection, these themes fit the more immediate challenges posed by Coronavirus. The two existential challenges to business as usual and how we respond to them are intimately linked in complex ways.

On the collection Tom Burgess states ' I write these poems to initiate change in myself, I share them as an act of solidarity’
